Information you provide

When you submit our form, we collect the name, email, phone, and details you enter so we can respond to your request. We use it to respond to your request and to pass it to the licensed local roofing contractor we partner with, who contacts you directly. It is not sold, added to marketing lists, or shared with anyone else.

First-party analytics

We use Signal, a first-party analytics tool by RVA Digital Works, to understand how visitors use this site. It stores an anonymous visitor ID in your browser's local storage — not a third-party cookie — and records pages viewed and general activity. We honor Do Not Track and never sell your information. The one thing we do share is your quote request itself: RVA Roofing is a referral service, and your request is sent to our partner roofing contractor so they can contact you and quote your project. We may be compensated by that partner. See the note on our quote form.

Your choices

You can request deletion of any information you submitted at any time by contacting us. Clearing your browser storage removes the anonymous analytics ID.

Cookies & local storage

We don’t use third-party advertising cookies. Signal stores one anonymous ID in your browser’s local storage to tell repeat visits apart. Clear your browser data to remove it.

Third-party services

Our contact form is handled by Web3Forms, which emails your message to us. We use hCaptcha to block spam, and Vercel for hosting and basic, privacy-friendly traffic counts. Each receives only what it needs.

Data retention

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to help you, then remove them. Analytics are anonymous and aggregated.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Just reach out. We honor Do Not Track and never sell your data.

Children’s privacy

This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
